Becoming one self starts with contemplated experiences of one’s own inner psychical human being together with one’s own repressed life. Nearly every one keeps secret their pressurizing psychical inner life, their human weaknesses and their suffering. People are used in their environment to adapt their thinking to the present ideologies and dogmas. Autonomous, introverted understanding is rarely demanded. Living from the inner-psychical being is in many areas unwanted and bothersome.For most people the psyche and finally also the soul must not exist. The inner being is educated from early childhood, systematically during the obligatory school period, and later in real life forced to be internally dead. Under such circumstances many people are broken in their self and do not really live themselves.

10 suggestions for a good life today and in the future:

1. There are differences in the human qualities as a person and character: Form your qualities!
2. A very difficult problem for most people is the fear not to be part of the masses.
3. It is better to take your inner life serious, than to participate in the games of life lies!
4. Live much more tenderness, love, and sex! Form your inner human being to be happy!
5. You want to be outstanding and special? Then listen to your inner spiritual power and live with it!
6. Your lack of freedom: driven by your unconscious inner life and manipulated from the outside! You like it?
7. You know yourself at most 3-5%. With that you don’t have yourself and your life under control!
8. Reading nothing, thinking nothing, no inner education - and at the bitter end dementia and Alzheimer!
9. You don’t want love and spirit? Then don’t moan if all will become very cold and dark!
10. Self-education & Individuation are more joyful and give more pleasure than the collective self-suppression!

“Recognize your self” is an old Grecian wisdom. “Who am I?”many people may have asked. But is this self knowledge really so important? Could it be an exaggeration? Here and there one can hear and read: „Nowadays people give too much importance to psychological reflections (questioning). Or: “I don’t need self-knowledge!” Or: “Alas! This leads to nothing!”

We argue against that: This is only laziness and foolishness! Everybody must know: Ignoring self-knowledge is as destructive against life as the evil itself!

Do you want to live in poverty for 20-25 years?

With a high probability your life expectancy lies between 85 and 90 years. Therefore after your retirement you will enjoy your unique being on this earth for another 20-25 years; and you will want to do something reasonable.
